Déclaration personnelle:
Many of us may not be aware of our thought patterns and emotional hardships in our daily lives until we actively explore these challenges. In therapy, it can provide us with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore our common thinking traps, which contribute to how we feel and leads to our behavioural urges. I take a collaborative approach in guiding clients through their journey of self-exploration and discovery of new perspectives while strengthening your ability to engage in adaptive coping strategies. I have experience supporting clients with a myriad of challenges, not limited to depression, anxiety, facing relationship challenges, exploring your self-esteem/self-worth, emotional dysregulation, and adjustment to various life stressors. I work from an eclectic approach by integrating client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches with components of various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
