I have training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Approaches, Mindfulness Based Principles and a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (in-progress). I am passionate about supporting you with challenges like; major life transitions, role changes, lifestyle adjustments for new moms, anxiety, stress, perinatal mental health difficulties, trauma, interpersonal relationship challenges, positive parenting strategies and/or riding the wave of being a new mom. I know that no single approach is appropriate for everyone, which is why I use a variety of modalities in my work with individuals to explore thoughts, emotions and behavior.
