I work with people that face a wide range of challenges but have and have a specialization in interpersonal childhood and PTSD. I offer help using the most current and evidence based interventions for trauma including, Somatic Experiencing (a body-oriented/nervous system approach), Interoceptive or Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing – using memory to integrate and heal past experiences). I also am trained in popular approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy.

I have a strong belief in the healing process of therapy and have worked for over 20 years supporting people who are in psychological and emotional pain. I help people find stability and reconnect with themselves, as they do the important work of reclaiming and changing their life for the better. Whether you have thought about trying therapy for a long time, perhaps it's a brand new idea, or even if you have done some "healing" work in the past and feel like it is time to tackle new challenges - I am here to help. You have unique needs and preferences. Working with me, you will have lots of choice in how your therapy proceeds, as well as the type of intervention that feels right for you. I work with people that face a wide range of challenges and have a specialization in interpersonal childhood trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I use popular approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative Therapy but am also trained in other specialized, leading-edge, evidenced-based interventions.
