Déclaration personnelle:
A sanctuary is a place of safety, healing and comfort. Not only do I strive to provide this environment for clients, but also work with you to build your own sense of sanctuary within. I use a strengths-based, client centered approach to therapeutic work in a trauma-informed, attachment based model with a focus on increasing self compassion.
My workshops utilize a lecture style that prioritizes group experiential learning, arts-based activities and use of self.
Sanctuary Counselling and training creates a safe and comforting environment that allows our clients to explore their own creative path to healing, learning and growth
