I received my Bachelor of Social Work at Ryerson University and my Master of Social Work at University of Toronto. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers and the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Previous to working in Private Practice, I have worked extensively in Children's Mental Health Agencies and Employee Assistance Programs.
I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples and families who have a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, separation and divorce, grief, chronic pain and employment issues, to name a few. I have extensive theoretical knowledge in Interpersonal Theory, Family Therapy, Parent Education, Trauma Counselling and Mindfulness Stress Reduction.
