Personal Statement:
I have been involved in the counseling field for thirty-four years and bring a wealth of experience working with youth, families, and individuals for over three decades. I also offer The Family Support and Counseling program that offers presentations and workshops to service providers and work in collaboration with family service organizations in providing services to immigrants on family issues. I am the author of two printed books and many articles printed in Persian Newspapers. I completed my undergraduate degree in Educating Exceptional Children, specializing in Psychology, my Master's degree in Cultural Management, and Counseling Diploma from the University of Tehran, Iran, and completed my Master of Social Work at Carleton University. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counselors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, the College of Social Workers, and member of Ontario Association of Social Workers.
