Specialized Training:
Ongoing training and experience in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Both training and the development of a personal mindfulness based meditation practice began in 1996 and continue to present. Entry level Mindfulness Meditation retreats are offered regularly at various sites on request. Classes are offered to anyone wishing to deepen their own practice.

Personal Statement:
At this point in my professional life I find myself guided toward deeper levels of healing. The years of meditation practice have been a major influence on both my personal and professional life. The marriage of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness has added a wonderful new dimension to my practice and meets the ever-increasing demand for wholistic therapies that are evidence-based.
