I use multiple therapeutic modalities and work from a Feminist, Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppressive and LGBTQ-Positive framework. I have experienced multiple personal losses; the most significant being the deaths of my parents in the Indian Ocean Tsunami. Through my own healing process, I have found my way to walking alongside others in their grief.
Personal Statement:
Are you grieving the loss of someone or something special in your life? Although it may be painful, confusing, and disruptive to lose someone or something we love, I believe that with the right supports, we all have the ability to learn to live with grief. I am a grief counsellor and educator who supports individuals coping with grief, loss and life transitions (due to death and non-death losses). I specialise in supporting those who have experienced sudden and/or traumatic loss. I am committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces where bereaved individuals can grieve authentically and holistically.
