Katie completed her Masters of Social Work at University of Toronto in 2006 with a specialization in Health and Mental Health. Her specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy has been applied in supporting adults and older adults across many different areas. Katie utilizes a client-centred approach in supporting clients through: stress management, addictions, mental health, life transitions, grief, loss and relationship challenges.
