I am a skilled social worker, with a passion for helping people, a love of the Neurosciences, and over a decade worth of experience. I teach clients how to harness the power within them, shift their thoughts, and rewire their brains to achieve happiness and wellbeing. I empower individuals to bolster their own coping and life skills for a lasting impact in their lives. I integrate various modalities and interventions, such as: Neuroplasticity, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Anxiety Release Protocol. I have worked with individuals and families impacted by a wide array of conditions, both mental health and health related. My specialty is in treating anxiety, grief & loss, and brain related conditions (I.e.: stroke, brain injury, aneurysm). I am a strong client advocate, and very approachable.
