I provide a supportive environment for clients to safely explore challenges, conflicts and issues. From my Annex office, I provide counselling and therapy to help clients achieve better emotional and physical health, and satisfying personal relationships. I am a clinical social work with training and experience in general psychotherapy, relationships, personal growth and spirituality as well as specific expertise in coming-out, sexual identity, trauma, anger management, personality disorders, addictions and the underlying symptoms that contribute to addictions. Whether confronting a specific problem or helping you with longer-term understanding of yourself, I look forward to being a part of your journey of healing and growth.
