Personal Statement:
Life can be hard. Sometimes we don’t know how to cope. We may experience difficult feelings such as hopelessness, fear, anger or grief. We can feel lost and alone. Counselling can be supportive at this time. And sometimes we want to live a more meaningful life. Life Coaching is about designing your future, not healing from the past. It assumes you are committed to taking action now. I value the life experiences of those seeking my services, thus I work collaboratively with people, using my intuition and creativity during our sessions. I provide high quality, culturally sensitive and insightful service.
