Personal Statement:
We all have times in our lives when we need someone to talk to and help work through issues. I support men and women of all ages, and I’d be happy to talk to you. I have experience with individual and family counselling. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults utilizing CBT for self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship/interpersonal issues, identity concerns & overcoming loss and grief by identifying triggers, supporting client strengths and building effective coping skills. I have experience in brain injury rehabilitation, and group therapy with teens and parents (YODA Program).
As a mom myself, I enjoy working with clients between the ages of 12 and 25; new parents, and parents experiencing the teen years. As a family counsellor, I can assist with parent-child issues. Sometimes we just need a change in our life path, let’s talk.
