Personal Statement:
Change across the life cycle is inevitable. How do we as individuals learn the skills to cope with the changes that life brings? I am a clinical social worker with over 25 years experience working with individuals in hospitals, community and academic settings. My practice is open to youth and adults who seek support with the issues related to but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationships, stress management, post secondary planning, life transitions, parenting and caregiving for the elderly. My approach to our work together will be individualized based on the concerns and issues that you raise and how together we can focus on building solutions and creating strategies towards acceptance of change.
