I see clients for individual and couples therapy. My practice is trauma informed and neuroscience informed. I believe that our mind, body, brain, and relationships all contribute to our overall sense of well-being. My practice focuses on teaching my clients cognitive and body-oriented skills in order to optimize their abilities to: connect to themselves and to cultivate healthier relationships in their lives.
