Personal Statement:
I have been studying the foundations of happiness with people in need for the last 20 years. I am looking to help others live their best lives. Many things can get in the way of our happiness. There can be long standing setbacks that make life difficult as well as unexpected situations such as illness or difficulties in the family, a change at work, or an unforeseen event that leads to difficulties that you never imagined. You may begin to wonder "Will things ever get back on track"? This is how psychotherapy can help, psychotherapy can help you grow from your past and current life events into a wiser and more knowledgeable self. I have helped social workers, nurses, doctors, teachers, first responders and others who just knew they wanted or needed to make a change.
