Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a proven, effective treatment to help you work through life's challenges. If you are looking for relief from depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, chronic pain, panic attacks, or addictions, CBT may be the right therapy for you. Or perhaps you are looking to lose weight, better manage your stress, or work through the loss of a loved one. Using a variety of tools and strategies, CBT helps us to see how our thought patterns influence our body, how we feel, and how we act in the world. Because these parts of ourselves are so connected, each reinforcing the other, it is very easy to get caught in a downward spiral. We will identify together how to reverse that spiral to move you closer to the life that you want to be living.
