Through therapy and building connection, I want to empower people to make changes in their lives. In my practice, I create a safe space for children, families and parents to share their experiences and hopes for the future. My hope is that we can work together to help with current life challenges, while empowering you to create change. I am a skilled therapist with several years of experience and training. I have specialized in mental health counselling, in particular with children, adolescent, and family mental health. I also have experience working with parents in a parenting capacity. I am a registered Social Worker, with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers http://www.ocswssw.org. I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Waterloo and my Master of Social Work at the University of Toronto.
