37 years experience in LDS Church Service, began counselling members in 1995 under the direction and supervision of Dr. Steve Zobell (Licensed Clinical Psychologist) for LDS Family Services of Calgary. I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Relationship Coach
Personal Statement:
Change is possible and necessary. Clients who benefit most from my services are those who have an understanding of the atonement of Jesus Christ and who desire to exercise the faith and obedience necessary to keep His commandments. I use many counselling approaches common to therapy (cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, etc.). I also do so from a uniquely LDS perspective incorporating the teachings of modern and ancient prophets as found in the LDS scriptures and conference addresses.
