Most of my training and practice has been in Narrative Therapy and the therapeutic use of Mindfulness. I believe these two approaches compliment each other and can be used will all age groups to address a wide range of issues. I have concentrated on integrating the use of mindfulness in both my personal and professional life and enjoy helping clients become more mindful and use this way of life to solve problems and feel better.

My name is Carolyn Agnew-Hall and I have been a Social Worker and Family Therapist in the Niagara Region for 12 years. I have been working at the Family Counselling Centre of Niagara for almost 10 years as a Clinical Therapist and am now excited to begin my own practice.
