Personal Statement:
"Only one thing is more terrifying than speaking your truth and that is not speaking” I believe in establishing a therapeutic relationship and atmosphere that feels safe, supportive and non-judgemental for my clients. Through our work together I strive to assist people in connecting with their own strengths and resilience. Providing them with the tools and understanding of possible changes in themselves or their environment will lead them to lives of greater balance, well-being and authenticity. It is my privilege every day to work with individuals who have the courage to heal the losses and wounds in their lives, to seek solutions to life’s challenges and to discover and speak their own ‘truths’.
