I have a varied clinical background and expertise in crisis management, mental health, addictions, trauma, and violence prevention. I have specialized in servicing chldren and youth over the past 30 years, as well as supporting adults and parents. I provide individual, family, and group therapy from a brief, solution-focused, and narrative perspective. I also have extensive knowledge of community resources in the Durham Region.
Personal Statement:
My clinical philosophy is about empowering individuals to recognize their many personal strengths, build positive and healthy support networks, and resolve current and past issues that might be holding them back from optimal growth.
