Personal Statement:
In this fast paced, demanding and constantly changing world, the majority of us are experiencing levels of stress in our daily lives. Most of our stresses are created by the pulling between two opposite ends. One end is need, responsibility, change, family, work, relationships etc/... The other end is want, calm, fun, consistency etc/... My work is focused on how to walk in the middle of these two ends and still have a life full of meaning.
My practice is about changing thought patterns and behaviors, focusing on the here and now, and understanding acceptance. These can make a change in life successful. My approach is strength-based, non-judgemental, goal-directed and confidential.
