The following are areas I have been trained in: Solution Focused; Family Systems/Multigenerational Family Therapy; Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy, specifically for Depression and Anxiety: Trauma Theory including E.M.D.R.(eye movement desensitization and reprocessing); Visualization/Stress Reduction techniques including EFT (emotion freedom technique) ;and Narrative Therapy. Specific approaches are drawn on depending on the issues we are dealing with.
