I obtained my Masters in Social Work from UBC, Okanagan in 2011, and my Registered Clinical Social Worker designation in 2014. Since 2018 I have studied Imago Relationship Therapy and am now a fully Certified Imago Relationship Therapist. Since 2000 I have been training in and applying universal practices of spiritual unfoldment with realized masters and an engaged community of practitioners.
Personal Statement:
I believe that health, joy and compassion is our human birth-right. We all have the innate drive for growth and healing, and counseling helps this to emerge. Therapy acts as a positive space in which to grow and heal in order to be able to be present in your life with integrity, purpose and understanding. My purpose is to create the space for you to discover more about your true nature; what is authentic and right for you in your life. I enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth and unfolding. I commit to being fully present with you and to provide direct, honest focus and support.
My practice is client centered and strengths based, rooted in Imago Relationship Theory and Wisdom Traditions especially Buddhism. Along with this, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches.
